The major function of this kiln makes unbreakable various buildings glasses, car and…. Totally security kilns are divided to two groups of vertical and horizontal. Maybod ceramic company is able to make the vertical kilns. The vertical kilns also are made in during two stages .

The required heat for kiln is provided by the electrical elements and fixed by the electric board. The transmit rail line is placed on the upper. The glasses exits and then enters to the fan area after that they loads and evacuates. All mentioned stages perform in the closed ring. The security one-stage kiln model securities 10 square meters per hour, and two-stages securities 20 square meters per hour.
