Rotating kiln is used to bake glaze and frit production. Total structure of kiln is rotating in form of metal capsule that rotates on four rollers (via a wire) rotates slowly. Fireproof materials coat the inner wall of kiln.
The required heat to melt the primary materials and to product glaze and frit enters from a side and exits from other side. Melted materials in the kiln evacuates into water storage from other side of the kiln.


The rotating kilns are produced in different capacity. But using 600 kg is more common. This type of kiln melts about 600kg materials per charge.
