 Press filter function is to absorb water from grout that contains additional water. In ceramic industry, cakes with humid between 19-25 percent are produced by using press filter and grout. Press is also applied to absorb water in sewage filteration.

Press filters are included of many quadrangular or round plates which are joined each other by a jack or strong bolt and are ready to inject grout into it.
